Well in order to start an IT business you need to know what you want to start. Dou wanna have a Storage facility or rent out server space to people? Do you want to fix computers and build them up for companies? A consultant? It all depends on what you are good at, but beware, nobody will use your business unless you a certified and have a reputable(SP?) reputation in the IT world.
