Interview Question in Data Mining

Interview Question :: Job interviews in Hong Kong, what;s your input? Should I go

Hi, I am currently employed as a Data Service Provisioner in Canada doing set up DSL, SDSL, and ADSL services ,

also create virtual web servers and SQL databases through the company’s internal software

Perform domain registrations, transferals, and renewals

I have 2 interviews offered for Network System Engineer which is in Kwun Tong District and Associate Engineer which is located in Jardine Building.

Would you choose to stay in Canada or try it out in HK in your experience in HK? I know the decision is mine but I just want your input, that's all. Thanks!

It depends if they are offering to pay for your ticket!

that all depends on where you see yourself professionally AND personally.

are you married, have kids?? if so, you should consider their input. if you're single and in your early/mid 20's, i'd definitely go explore hong kong for a few years....it's a beautiful city full of opportunities and with china and other asian economies on the rise, this may be a perfect time to go.

If I were in your shoes, I would go, even for a year or two. With your Canadian experience and your Hong Kong background, there is no better opportunity, especially that Hong Kong is a relatively short flight from Canada if you want to come back for skiing holidays!

If I were not so lazy, I would do the same lol.

Do it if it pays right. Make sure you get a housing allowance above the pay. It's not cheap to live in Hong Kong.

This has become an international world. And to be able to work in Hong Kong. Why not. I would even now.

Don't worry about food. There are many types including McDonalds.

Good luck
