Hey Specialization in what ??? is it design that you want to get hold of or is it Administration ???... figure it out and let me tell you ...u got to be more quicker... I am already working on sqlserver 2005 for more than 6 months now.. unless you upgrade yourself to that as quick as possible.. u will be obsolete.. i suggest that is what you shud aim at... :)) The thing is Microsoft Certifications is the one you should target at... you can check the info in this link.... http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/mc... once you finish this let me also know... i too can ask questions to the DB Specialist ;>) cheers Babu Covansys
