Interview Question in Stored Procedures

Interview Question :: What procedures and what reagents will I need to make a fish glow in the dark

What fish should I pick?

Basically, this is my assignment:

"You are a fish enthusiast! You love everything that swims but youre a little tired of looking at the same offerings at the pet store. Then, the idea strikes! What if you had a fish that glowed in the dark! Imagine the possibilities enhancing your fish tank, (not to mention your pocket book). So you go down to your friendly neighborhood biotech lab and start building your mutant! For your project, outline the reagents and procdures that you would use to generate a trangenic fish that glows under UV light."

Bioluminescent bacteria....yay....or you could be boring and put a gene in for GFPUV (a green fluorescent protein variant optimized for UV light)...I don't quite remember how eukaryotic scientists make transgenic organisms...
